Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will incur a $25 fee that is non-refundable. Access Responsibility Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation. Cleaning Condition, Pricing & Timing Standard cleanings typically take 1–3 hours depending on unit size. Deep cleanings typically take 3–6 hours. Add-ons may extend service time by 15–60 minutes depending on selection. Heavily soiled homes may require additional time to complete the service properly. Our pricing is based on homes in regular lived-in condition. Spaces with excessive buildup, heavy soil, or unusually difficult conditions, that require additional time, may incur a 15–25% condition fee based on severity. If this applies, we will notify you before proceeding whenever possible. Scope of Service Services include cleaning tasks outlined in the selected service type. Additional work outside the standard scope may require additional time and fees. Limitation of service / safety clause We reserve the right to decline or pause service if conditions are unsafe or significantly beyond normal residential cleaning scope. Restocking & Supplies (Airbnb / Rental Services) Restocking services may include the purchase of consumable items such as toiletries, paper products, and basic household supplies. These items are billed separately at actual cost and are not included in standard cleaning pricing. Whenever possible, we will follow any host-provided preferences or budget guidelines. If no instructions are provided, we will use reasonable standard items suitable for guest turnover. Pet Disclaimer Homes with pets or heavy shedding may require additional cleaning time. Photo policy Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance. Marketing use requires separate consent. Liability & Property Care We take care when cleaning, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured items, or fragile belongings. Clients should secure valuables before service. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours. We carry appropriate business insurance.
